The Lead Carpenter has responsibility and authority for coordinating activities associated with remodeling projects, taking a project from contract to close. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for day-to-day on-site project management including: client relations, change management, project schedule and trade contractor/vendor coordination. The Lead Carpenter also brings advanced carpentry and other remodeling skills to the project.
Candidates should have extensive carpentry experience as well as an excellent understanding of all phases of residential remodeling projects. Industry certifications are a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key player in a growing company.
